Our 30 years of experience training Mariners has taught us smaller classes with a lower Student to Instructor ratio facilitates a broader understanding of the course material and greater student success.  Our instructors will work with students one-on-one to ensure no student gets left behind.  Our smaller class size facilitates learning by promoting student participation; students are encouraged to ask questions and develop critical thinking skills that will assist with real world, on-the-water application of the course material.

We have multiple locations with convenient schedules; whether it’s an evening, weekday, or weekend class you are looking for, The Captain School has an option that will fit!

The Captain School is also available to come to you!  Yacht and Social clubs, Police and Fire Departments, marinas, and boat clubs – we’ve worked with them all and can organize a program to fit the specific needs of your group.

Our experienced captains are available to answer all your questions and assist you in navigating the maze of becoming a licensed captain.
