OUPV (aka 6-pack)

OUPV stands for "Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessel". It is often called the 6-pack because, although it is good for operating a vessel up to 100 gross tons and 65 feet in length, you may take only 6 paying passengers or less with this license.
